    Tribes: Grayson Perry, Provincial Punk

    Client: Turner Contemporary In this workshop students responded to Grayson Perry’s exhibition Provincial Punk. Participants were challenged to translate the decorative slip and Sgraffito etched surfaces of Perry’s colourful ceramics. Using coloured face paint, props and experimental photographic lighting techniques the group worked to gather to create a series self portraits indicative their cultural tribe.
